By drilling wells, installing boreholes, and teaching sanitation practices, we’ve seen dramatic reductions in waterborne illnesses. Families no longer spend their limited income on treatments, and children grow up healthier and stronger.
Education Flows from Access
When clean water is available nearby, children, especially girls are freed from the burden of walking miles daily to fetch water. This simple change allows them to spend more time in school, focus on their studies, and dream about their future. In many of the communities we serve, school attendance has increased significantly after clean water projects were introduced.
